I have applied your patch, thanks!

Some changes:
-renamed to "qdox block", QDoxSource, QDoxSourceFactory. We might have different
ways of generating javadoc at some point, I wanted to use a specific name.

-minor interface changes in the Source interface due to Avalon changes.

-commented out most of the source-roots configs to make sure the samples fail
early, and added an explanation on the samples page. It would be good IMHO to be
able to configure the source-roots in the sitemap, but I didn't investigate.

All samples from samples/qdox work here if I copy the JDK source code under
/tmp/qdox-test as mentioned on the samples page.

Please check that this new block works as you intended it.

Thanks for this great patch - I was sooooo impressed by the quality of the HTML
output that I added a note at the top so people see that this is *not* generated
by standard javadoc tools ;-)
