For this bug you have to create a hashmap. in this hashmap all the cell formats 
and the indexes are stored that have been used. if the cell format is stored in 
the hashmap the index will returned. the method style.setDataFormat
(valuenumber) is called with the index that is stored in the hashmap, that 
avoid poi to create a new index for the (userdefined) cell format.
