Fixed both on 2.0 and 2.1, at least if incremental-processing is disabled.

Now endDocument is only called if:
 - the classname of the TransformerHandler is that of the xalan transformerhandler
 - the static method DTMManager.getIncremental() returns true (this is what
Xalan uses internally to decide if it will run the tranform on a seperate thread)
