Incorrect caching behaviour

Hi Boon,

Unfortunately I won't be able to redirect. I specifically simplified to make
the bug more obvious. In reality, the ".resource" fragment massage the data
from xml files, most importantly run i18n transformations, hence how I
discovered the bug, as the content always stayed in the language you first
accessed it with. The ".portlet" fragments then apply the style, this way I
reuse my style templates, for example, make all related links look the same
independent of their content.

Looking at the code (I'm not really an expert in Avalon components), I think
you're right about including the request parameters. However, it seems to me
there is a second problem, namely, the InputSource, in this case it is
the ".resource" pipeline, claims to be valid, whereas it seems to me it should
not be. Does this make sense?
