[PATCH] JavaScriptInterpreter to throw InvalidContinuationException instead of redirecting

           Summary: [PATCH] JavaScriptInterpreter to throw
                    InvalidContinuationException instead of redirecting
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: Current CVS 2.1
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: general components
        AssignedTo: cocoon-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: tc@hist.umn.edu

This is a patch to the JavaScriptInterpreter which throws an
InvalidContinuationException if the web continuation can't be found, as
discussed at http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=xml-cocoon-dev&m=105181577501592&w=2

This will allow you to take care of invalid continuations inside
<map:handle-errors/> instead of a hardcoded URI.
