If we have (src) and not (bin) people will complain. Period.

I don't want people to complain.

We should have

 cocoon-2.1m1.tar.gz

period.

if this goes against the mirroring regexp, we challenge them.

It is simply too important to convey the right message and, right now,
we are not.
