Thoughts:
1. Set incremental mode false by default (if it is not set already - it should be)
2. Check on Xalan status - they might have bug for this already created. If not,
create a bug.
3. Put a hack into TraxTransformer: if incremental mode is set, output huge
warning into the log ("USE ON YOUR OWN RISK!!! VERY BUGGY!!!") and do this trick
with "endDocument on exception". Otherwise, do not do this endDocument.

How is that? :)
