Last-Modified header and 304 support added to general pipelines

Summary: Last-Modified header and 304 support added to general
                    pipelines
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: Current CVS 2.1
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: core
        AssignedTo: cocoon-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: miles@geekspeak.org

Since there was only support for 304s and Last-Modified/If-Modified-Since for
readers in a pipeline, this patch to CVS (2003-04-20) allows any cacheable
pipeline to take advantage. The last modified date is set to the creation of
the cached output.
