I've noticed that it doesn't happen when init-param "form-encoding" is set
to UTF-8 in web.xml - then validation is pretty correct. But setting
request.setCharacterEncoding("UTF-8") only (in form/formprocessor, before
processing POST data) seems not to be enought. Is this a bug anyway?
