cocoon 2.0.4 does not work with Cos.jar for multipart file upload

Summary: cocoon 2.0.4 does not work with Cos.jar for multipart
                    file upload
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: 2.0.4
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Critical
          Priority: Other
         Component: core
        AssignedTo: cocoon-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: sheldonli@hotmail.com

I use cos.jar to get file stream out of HttpServletRequest, it keeps throwing
an IO exception from the cos.jar (MultipartParser.java), corrupt data..
When the same cos.jar is used in the demo program shippted with cos.jar in the
same tomcat environment, it works well. Also when the same cos.jar was used in
the cocoon 2.0.1, it worked well.
