Bertrand,

You probably need to configure sources for *all* classes referenced in you 
classfiles. In case of Cocoon, I need the cocoon sources, Avalon Excalibur, 
Framework and LogKit sources, and the JDK sources (these must *allways* be 
present for the java.lang.Object class).

You probably need a feature which accesses the classes using reflection instead 
of reading sources if the sources are not specified!

(BTW: somehow, the stacktrace does not involve JavadocSource code! Probably the 
problem is somewhere else?)
