Null pointer exception - EsqlQuery constructor

Summary: Null pointer exception - EsqlQuery constructor
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: 2.0.4
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: core
        AssignedTo: cocoon-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: john@geekhavoc.com

(Component could be wrong; is ESQL really "core"?)

Because I seem to be having problems establishing a database connection
(although what type of problems I do not know, because I can't figure out
how to debug the system), EsqlQuery is receiving a null connection parameter
to the EsqlConnection, String constructor.

There's no sanity checking on the parameters, so line 99 of EsqlQuery.java
throws a null pointer exception when connection.getLimitMethod() is invoked.
