[PATCH] Expire Continuations

           Summary: [PATCH] Expire Continuations
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: Current CVS
          Platform: All
               URL: http://
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: core
        AssignedTo: cocoon-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: michaelm@fztig938.bank.dresdner.net

This patch triggers ContinuationsManagerImpl class every half hour
(as set in the flow.xconf) to check for and remove expired continuations.
The trigger is set using the avalon-cornerstone scheduler

Since we use the avalon-cornerstone scheduler, three new jars needed to be
added to the lib/core:
cornerstone-20021213.jar
cornerstone-excalibur-thead-20021213.jar
cornerstone-excalibur-threadcontext-20021213.jar

Note: this patch is yet to be tested under heavy load for threading issues.
