This is a Tomcat issue. You must find the problem there. Cocoon is not
responsable of this problem. Please dont get this answer in a worng way. I
am just trying to help. Check:

http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat-4.0/release/v4.1.12/RELEASE-NOTES

And search for the string: "JAVAC leaking memory"
