Actually, I think it would be best if the first two points
- reader instance MIME type declared in sitemap
- ask Reader instance
should be unified into "ask Reader", which can then decide whether to take the
MIME type from the sitemap's instance declaration, peek into the file, ask
something else or whatever. Otherwise, there are strong arguments for both
"ask Reader first" and "take sitemap declaration first", so there *will* be
people complaining regardless of the implemented solution. I'm not sure
whether an unification is possible while keeping the MIME type in the current
declaration rather than switching to a real component parameter. If it is,
unify, if not, throw a dice.
