Internal pipeline causes an internal server error when non-existing resource is requested.

Summary: Internal pipeline causes an internal server error when
                    non-existing resource is requested.
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: Current CVS
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: Other
         Component: sitemap components
        AssignedTo: cocoon-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: cocoon@felix.shacknet.nu

If an internal pipeline <map:pipeline internal-only="true"/> is the last
pipeline in the sitemap's <map:pipelines> section, then an "internal server
error (500) [Cocoon Confusion]" results, if a non-existent resource is
requested. Unfortunately, i couldn't reproduce the error in cocoon's sample webapp.
