the current toString() method of FilePartFile only returns the file name.
MaybeUpload used to return the whole path (via File.toString()). So a more
compatible way is using File.toString() in FilePartFile.toString() (patch follows).

additional comment:

I find the method getFilePath() in FilePart quite irritating cause it doesn't
return the file path of the uploaded file. Instead it returns the filename which
was transmitted by the user agent (which may be the original path if uploaded
with IE or only the original filename if uploaded with Moz).
A more intuitive name for this method would be: getOriginalFileName()
