TextSerializer should use text/plain MIME type instead of text/text

Summary: TextSerializer should use text/plain MIME type instead
                    of text/text
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: Current CVS
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: Other
         Component: sitemap components
        AssignedTo: cocoon-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: apache@n-dimensional.de

In src/webapp/sitemap.xmap, the TextSerializer is declared with a MIME type of
"text/text".

However, none of my browsers knows about "text/text", and so none displays the
sample pages in plain text but opens the "save as" dialog.

As this is not what one expects from "plain text", I deduce the MIME type should
probably read "text/plain".

This problem affects both 2.0.3 and CVS HEAD.
