Perhaps there should be a <map:modules> configuration section in the sitemap,
where we could set the XMLModule Source URL?

Btw, I don't think there's any technical obstacle to implementing a full URL in
the variable, but it couldn't reuse AbstractJXPathModule, whose purpose it to
separate obtaining the Source (done in subclasses) from resolving the variable.

I've found (in 2.1 anyway) that changes to cocoon.xconf are automatically picked
up. Hope it's not just my imagination..
