[PATCH] POI block

           Summary: [PATCH] POI block
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: Current CVS
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: core
        AssignedTo: cocoon-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: Philipp.Schmidt@it-care.de

You don't need Excel?

Unzipp the file with the patch and the directory structure into your
xml-cocoon2 directory and apply the patch.
Then move from src/java/org/apache/cocoon/components/ the whole elementprocessor
folder
into src/blocks/poi/java/org/apache/cocoon/components/.
The path should be now
src/blocks/poi/java/org/apache/cocoon/components/elementprocessor.
Now move from src/java/org/apache/cocoon/serialization/ the following three files
POIFSSerializer.java, ElementProcessorSerializer.java and HSSFSerializer.java
into src/blocks/poi/java/org/apache/cocoon/serialization/.

That's it. Look in properties.xml in order to disable the poi-block.
Don't forget to recompile ;-)
