Hi,

Currently, when the Cocoon crawler encounters a link to a directory, it
'rewrites'  the link to that directory's index.html file. The problem is that
there is no special handling for the root directory, ie the link "", which is
simply ignored.

The attached patch fixes this by interpreting "" as "index.html". For a fuller
