start/end CDATA events get lost when caching xml documents

Summary: start/end CDATA events get lost when caching xml
                    documents
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: 2.0.2
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: Other
         Component: core
        AssignedTo: cocoon-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: Michael.Wyraz@evermind.de

When xml documents are cached (cocoon2 uses XMLByteStreamCompiler/
XMLByteStreamInterpreter), CDATA events are not stored in the cache.
This causes the loss of CDATA events, when the Document is requested more than
once, the behavior is different. This makes special CDATA handling impossible.

Solution: please add support for CDATA (and other Lexical events) in
org.apache.cocoon.components.sax.XMLByteStreamCompiler and -Interpreter.

Thanks. Michael.
