For me (2.0.3,Win2K, running on top of tomcat 4.0.1) using my own logicsheet as
a built-in one doesn't work at all---even if (as in 10471) I place the file at
the resource root.  Things seem to work well enough if the per-use declaration
is used:<br>
<center><code><?xml-logicsheet href="resource://{my_sheet}.xsl"?></code></center>
<br>but not otherwise.
