faq-install.html - cocoon access failure - new check case

Summary: faq-install.html - cocoon access failure - new check
                    case
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: Current CVS
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: general components
        AssignedTo: cocoon-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jari.aalto@poboxes.com

For a first time Tomcat 4, cocoon / ant et all user, I would propose
to add new bullet to the topic:

>> Why doesn't anything happen when I access 'http://localhost/cocoon/'?

I wondered why nothing happened when I had done clean CVS build of cocoon2
and copied files to CATALINA_HOME/webapps. Do I read the FAQ, but it didn't
solve the problem ... so, you might want to add new bullet:

"In Tomcat 4, if you have changed CATALINA_BASE, this may be the reason why
copying cocoon.war to CATALINA_HOME/webapps does not bring the URL
http://localhost/cocoon alive. Please copy the war files under
CATALINA_BASE/webapps or reset CATALINA_BASE=CATALINA_HOME. Restart tomcat and
try if URL now can be accessed."
