Point taken.

All examples that I've tested work in my environment.
Win98, JDK 1.3.1_02, Tomcat 4.0.4, Cocoon 2.1-dev from CVS HEAD.

Let's do this: If we don't have a fix for your environment by July 12 (next
Friday) we will switch back to Xalan.
