Thanks Diana for bringing up the documentation aspect of it. I'm still
trying to find time to continue working on it, I've been doing all sorts of
things lately.

Daniel, I'd love it very much if you could contribute some documentation on
continuations and their usage. Please let us know if you have something
already written or if you could write something on the subject.
