I guess Excalibur wasn't compiled with -target 1.2..

I just rolled back Excalibur and Avalon to "-D 6/12/02" and "-D 3/14/02"
respectively, fixed a minor compilation error, and with those jars
everything works (barring natural cocoon brokenness :-)). The jars are
at http://www.opensource.socialchange.net.au/tmp/cocoon/ if anyone wants
to play.
