national character in XSP-page element attribute

When I use on XSP-page attribute which contains national character, then this 
attribute has incorect value in browser.

Example in XSP :
<submit value="Zobrazit" label="Zobraziť" i18n:attr="label"/>

In Cocoon 2.0.1 I have the same problem with element text.

Next patch help me :
