[PATCH] configurable component manager

           Summary: [PATCH] configurable component manager
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: Current CVS
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: core
        AssignedTo: cocoon-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: crafterm@fztig938.bank.dresdner.net

Hi All, attached is a patch which adds support for specifying which component
manager cocoon will use.

This allows one to use a custom component manager inside of cocoon. Any custom
component manager must extend from
org.apache.cocoon.components.CocoonComponentManager for compatibility reasons (a
check is made during runtime to ensure this is the case).

The component manager name to instantiate is specified inside the web.xml, by
default CocoonComponentManager is used.
