[PATCH] Multiple entries selected in documentation start page.

Summary: [PATCH] Multiple entries selected in documentation start
                    page.
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: Current CVS
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: core
        AssignedTo: cocoon-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: frank.ridderbusch@gmx.de

Browsing the documentation with a freshly deployed Cocoon show
3 items highlighted in the documentation index.html start page.

The highlighted items are "Installing", "User Guide" and "Dev Guide".

A test in stylesheets/book2menu.xsl uses 'contains'. And this matches
for the above three items, however they are located in subdirectories.

Matching with starts-with apparently fixes this. See attached patch.
