[PATCH] protected createCocoon() in CocoonServlet

           Summary: [PATCH] protected createCocoon() in CocoonServlet
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: Current CVS
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: core
        AssignedTo: cocoon-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: crafterm@fztig938.bank.dresdner.net

This patch changes the access level of the method createCocoon() in the class
o.a.c.servlet.CocoonServlet from private to protected. This allows a subclass
to access the environment the Cocoon instance is created in before the instance
is created. This can be useful, for example, when one wants to add context
values to the Cocoon context in a subclass for thread safe components.
