I've not checked in absolute detail, but it looks like the restrictions on
the licence mean that it is not Free Software, nor even "open source" by
OSI's definition of it.  (For example, you may not modify it to add new
features, or redistribute it or patches for it.) Please be careful calling
things "open source" and about things called "open source", as the meaning
of that term is rather unclear.

Sorry for wandering OT, but I spotted that while compiling the next
Cocoon-URL.
