Treebuilder: reloading sitemap does not dispose old sitemap components

           Summary: Treebuilder: reloading sitemap does not dispose old
                    sitemap components
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: Current CVS
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Windows NT/2K
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: sitemap components
        AssignedTo: cocoon-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: volker.schmitt@basf-it-services.com

If the Sitemap is reloaded, the old Sitemap components are not disposed (dispose
method not called).
I found the following comment in the TreeBuilder dispose method, so I am not
sure if this is a known issue.

public void dispose() {
        LifecycleHelper.dispose(this.builderSelector);
        // Don't dispose manager or roles : they are used by the built tree
        // and thus must live longer than the builder.
}
