Fixed... PATCH is in bugzilla as:

Turns out I wasn't converting (I think I wrote that part...dun remember
now..) the gnumeric binary based constants for alignment to the Excel
sequential constants.  Added a little function to do so.

If someone gets the chance please apply it.  I tested it with the CVS
head at Midnight EST Mar 07.  Wouldn't mind someone checking behind
me...  I write the most bugs at midnight ;-)
