Adding context support to parent-component-managers

           Summary: Adding context support to parent-component-managers
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: Current CVS
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: core
        AssignedTo: cocoon-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: crafterm@fztig938.bank.dresdner.net

It's sometimes useful to share context information between component managers
when using the parent-component-manager feature of cocoon. Attached is a patch
adding support for parent component managers which support Contextualizable. If
a component manager supports this, then the Cocoon context will be passed on to
it via contextualize().
