I have normally used tar.gz developer snapshot to build on Win98 with no 
problems, unziping with WinZip.  I just downloaded cocoon-2.0-src.zip and tried 
to build but could not.  I found that WinZip has option that was properly 
converting LF to CR/LF when unziping tar.gz files.  For ZIP files there is no 
such option so batch files from cocoon-2.0-src.zip only had LF at the end of 
each line.  This was causing problems when building because LCP.BAT would 
create a very strange classpath with a number of extra lines that would cause 
the command to launch ant to fail.
