AbstractValidatorAction: type="long" nullable="yes" succeeds for non-numeric data

           Summary: AbstractValidatorAction: type="long" nullable="yes"
                    succeeds for non-numeric data
           Product: Cocoon 2
           Version: 2.0
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: Other
         Component: general components
        AssignedTo: cocoon-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: joao_g_fonseca@yahoo.com

When a parameter is defined like:

<parameter name="xpto" type="long" nullable="yes"/>

And the user specifies a non-numeric value (for instance, "abc"), the
validation succeeds.

This is because getLongValue(name, conf, param, is_string); returns null for
text values, and the parameter is specified as "nullable".
