This excellent precis should also be added to Cocoon xdocs
announcement.xml and index.xml

There are some small things that I would like to change.
Get rid of the ampersand symbols (&) - there is no need. What is
wrong with the word "and". Also, the second paragraph needed to
be re-phrased. I have made the changes below.
