I would like to propose "Ovidiu Predescu" [ovidiu@cup.hp.com] as a new committer for Apache Cocoon
2. His contributions have been plenty over time, his latest being the new SOAP and XScript
logicsheet. I sincerely believe this is a long overdue vote which we should have done before.
