If the Cocoon did what I thought that it did (relative path inside the context),
then this guy shouldn't be experiencing the problems he is facing.  I know it is
working correctly on my machine--so the question is how is this happening?

If it is possible, we could use a mini context that has _just_ enough information
to cause the problem reliably/consistently.

I think that adding arbitrary bits to the XSP normalized name is not the answer.
I haven't understood exactly how this guy has his stuff set up anyway.
