Your browser or proxy server could be doing this... I'm too new to C2 to be able to tell if the default HTTP headers for xsp pages are marking the pages not-cacheable or not, but I think they don't as my browser caches them constantly... For browser caching just hit refresh, and it will reload the page. Avoiding proxy caching is trickier - with MS IE you can try holding SHIFT - CONTROL and hit refresh, but it could still not work.
