Subject [c2.1] error in componentselector

after leaving a c2 webapp overnight, i can in this morning, tried to hit a
url, and got this exception:

java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not get the datasource
java.lang.IllegalStateException: You cannot select a Component from a
disposed ComponentSelector

the exception is thrown from this block of code:
