Hi,

the latest CVS introduces the NOTCacheValidity class, which
is used if a component declares Cacheable but is not cacheable
for the current request.
The solution until recently was to return "null" instead of
this object, and the caching algorithm checked this.=20
Is the this class introduced due to the NPE? Then I would
personally like to remove it again, return "null" instead
and check the caching algorithm.

What are your opinions?
