Subject [c2] still have array index out of bounds error
Date Fri, 11 May 2001 01:59:15 GMT
right before i got it, one of my pages timed out. cocoon.log had this
error:

org.apache.cocoon.ProcessingException: Failed to execute
pipeline.:java.io.FileNotFoundException:
http://slashdot.org/slashdot.xmlfile:///etc/site.xml
    at
org.apache.cocoon.components.pipeline.CachingEventPipeline.process(CachingEventPipeline.java:220)
    at
org.apache.cocoon.sitemap.ContentAggregator.generate(ContentAggregator.java:157)
    at
org.apache.cocoon.components.pipeline.CachingEventPipeline.process(CachingEventPipeline.java:212)
    at
org.apache.cocoon.components.pipeline.CachingStreamPipeline.process(CachingStreamPipeline.java:339)
    at org.apache.cocoon.www.sitemap_xmap.process(sitemap_xmap.java:899)
    at org.apache.cocoon.www.sitemap_xmap.process(sitemap_xmap.java:739)
    at org.apache.cocoon.sitemap.Handler.process(Handler.java:159)
    at org.apache.cocoon.sitemap.Manager.invoke(Manager.java:97)
    at org.apache.cocoon.Cocoon.process(Cocoon.java:288)
    at
org.apache.cocoon.servlet.CocoonServlet.service(CocoonServlet.java:442)

okay, that's weird because the resource i was trying to XInclude is simply
file:///etc/site.xml, the slashdot url is for a CInclude resource that's
not even _on_ the page that i was trying to hit, but whatever, that's my
bug to deal with. anyway, after that, all pages give me this:

org.apache.cocoon.ProcessingException: Failed to execute
pipeline.:java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: -1, Size: 0
    at
org.apache.cocoon.components.pipeline.CachingEventPipeline.process(CachingEventPipeline.java:220)
    at
org.apache.cocoon.sitemap.ContentAggregator.generate(ContentAggregator.java:157)
    at
org.apache.cocoon.components.pipeline.CachingEventPipeline.process(CachingEventPipeline.java:212)
    at
org.apache.cocoon.components.pipeline.CachingStreamPipeline.process(CachingStreamPipeline.java:339)
    at org.apache.cocoon.www.sitemap_xmap.process(sitemap_xmap.java:899)
    at org.apache.cocoon.www.sitemap_xmap.process(sitemap_xmap.java:739)
    at org.apache.cocoon.sitemap.Handler.process(Handler.java:159)
    at org.apache.cocoon.sitemap.Manager.invoke(Manager.java:97)
    at org.apache.cocoon.Cocoon.process(Cocoon.java:288)

is it possible that some component isn't being properly managed (killed,
recycled, returned to the pool, whatever) when the ProcessingException is
thrown? and yeah, i'm using the latest source from the new cvs repository.
