Subject [c2] sitemap design question
Date Tue, 01 May 2001 14:45:56 GMT
hey guys. i'm working on a part of a webapp and don't have a good answer
to a problem i'm encountering, maybe y'all can suggest something. my flow
should be:

X -> /work -> /add/work -> X

where X is an arbitrary sitemap url. /work is an xsp page at which i
collect any additional data needed to add a work item. /add/work is an
action which actually adds a work item, and then i redirect back to X on
success. unfortunately, i can only redirect in the sitemap, and then only
to static urls or urls that are in a Map accessible in the current
pipeline. my /add/work pipeline is:

<map:match pattern="add/work">
 <map:act type="add-work">
  <parameter name="form-descriptor" value="context://resources/forms/work.xml"/>
 </map:act>
 <map:redirect-to uri="X"/>
</map:match>

what would the sitemap designers recommend for solving this, since i can't
do a redirect in an xsp page like i'd do otherwise?
