Subject [C2]: Question about NOTCacheValidity
Date Mon, 07 May 2001 06:34:52 GMT
Hi,

the latest CVS introduces the NOTCacheValidity class, which
is used if a component declares Cacheable but is not cacheable
for the current request.
The solution until recently was to return "null" instead of
this object, and the caching algorithm checked this.
Is the this class introduced due to the NPE? Then I would
personally like to remove it again, return "null" instead
and check the caching algorithm.

What are your opinions?
