Subject [C2] ESQL Logicsheet error
Date Fri, 27 Apr 2001 18:44:19 GMT

I get the following error when I try use the esql logicsheet in C2:

              try {

_esql_queries.size() -

              } catch (SQLException _esql_exception_N78) {
                throw new RuntimeException("Error setting parameter on
statement: "+

org.apache.cocoon.ProcessingException: Failed to execute
pipeline.:org.apache.cocoon.ResourceNotFoundException: Language
Exception:org.apache.cocoon.ProcessingException: Language
Exception:org.apache.cocoon.components.language.LanguageException: Error
compiling review_xml:
Line 0, column 0:
/tmp/JettyContext61481.tmp/org/apache/cocoon/www/_/www/tv2/xml/movie/review_ ')' expected.

this.characters("\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t  ");

There is a ';' in the method call instead a ','

If I use the esql tags like this (with tabs and linefeeds between the tags)
The ESQL logicsheets returns the error.

         SELECT .... FROM ...
         WHERE ... =
           <esql:parameter type="int">
            <esql:get-int ancestor="1" column="id"/>

Like this it works fine: (no tabs or linefeeds between the tags)

         SELECT .... FROM ...
         WHERE ... =
           <esql:parameter type="int"><esql:get-int ancestor="1"

It seems there is a general problem with the xsl:template
'get-nested-string', this
error affects not only the esql logicsheets.

I use the C2a5 checked out this morning.
