Just a suggestion, couldn't gump do something like

do {
  cvs -q update -P -d
  wait 10 seconds
}
while("I'm still getting files");

Or something like that ?

Looking at the logs, the cvs update command failed (there is a link from
the build to this log, so you can see for yourself).  This means that the
build occurred with a partial update.   I just checked out cocoon2 myself
and verified that it worked.

I'll monitor this for a few days.  If it reoccurs, I'll look at adding
retry logic into the update.
