Pete,

Thanks for this.  Unfortunately I've not got another timeslot to work on this for a few days,
but I will try as soon as possible.

The version of Avalon was the avalonapi.jar in the Cocoon 2 CVS at approx. 10am (GMT) on Saturday
24 Feb 2001.
