Any idea why all of the .bat files in the C2 tree checkout as executable
in Unix, but the .sh files do not?  This is silly - Windoze does not
have execute permissions but Unix does, so why are the wrong files
marked as executable?

Do committers have access to the CVS files to change these permissions,
if we do I'll ssh in and change them.  If not who does so we can fix
this?
